INGREDIENTS 

1 c potato flakes 

1⅓ c hot water 

⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 T ground flaxseed 

2 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp ground black cumin 

½ tsp turmeric 

⅛ tsp black pepper 

*Like things spicy? Add: 1 tsp cayenne 

1 c Old Fashioned Oatmeal (rolled oats), toasted 

DIRECTIONS 

Preheat oven to 400F. 

Mix all ingredients except oats. Let sit 5-10 minutes while you toast the oats.

INGREDIENTS 

Potatoes 

  *These can be made with peeled or unpeeled potatoes! 

Salt or Chip Seasoning of Choice 

DIRECTIONS 
Use a mandolin to thinly slice potatoes into a bowl of water so they don’t turn brown.*

2 packages Frontera Red Chile Enchilada Sauce*  

10 corn tortillas 

2 cans black beans, rinsed & drained 

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp garlic powder 

½ tsp chili powder

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed 

1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo, minced 

⅓ c mild salsa 

¼ c oat flour 

¼ c cornmeal 

2 tsp ground cumin

2 tsp Deliciou vegan bacon seasoning 

6 cups vegan Ham flavored broth

Pot Roast Potatoes and Carrots 

INGREDIENTS  

2 lbs potatoes, UNpeeled and quartered (*any variety, but I prefer yellow) 

2 stalks celery, sliced 

1 small onion, chopped 

8 oz. Baby Carrots 

3 cups vegetable broth 

2 tsp Orrington Farms Vegan Beef Flavored Broth & Seasoning (optional, but recommended!!) 

DIRECTIONS  

Preheat oven to 350F.  

Place everything in a large covered casserole dish and bake covered for about an hour. Remove cover.  

Bake an additional 45 min. to an hour.

Makes about 20 (1½ inch) meatballs

3 medium russet potatoes, peeled and quartered 

2-3 cups Vegan Beef flavored Broth (recommended) or vegetable broth 

1 cup white button mushrooms, finely minced 

¼ c oat flour 

1 T Italian seasoning blend OR
